Orders cannot be cancelled when it has been shipped. But you can return your order as you receive it by contacting our Customer Service and getting a RMA.
CUSTOMS & BATTERY ISSUE
Usually customers can receive their packages without any customs issue , but sometimes customs will check packages shipped by Express shipping (DHL or FedEx), they will contact buyer to clear the customs if it is needed. Customers need to cooperate with carrriers and local customs and get the package.
According to international flight safety guidelines, they have very strict stardard for packages with batteries. The package may be rejected if there are too many batteries in the package, Usually we don’t provide batteries. Sincerely hope you can understand this situation
